The Van Dyke’s live in Guatemala City and give leadership to the “Estrategia de Transformacion” (EdT). The EdT is a strategic grassroots leadership development initiative formed as an alliance between the Center For Transforming Mission (CTM) and Christian Reformed World Missions (CRWM). The EdT is up and running in 6 countries throughout Central America and the Caribbean and seeks to partner with indigenous leaders and local churches/organizations serving the least, last and lost of their respective cities and nations.
